Productivity to lucy 2013Executive Summary 

Goal: To promote resellers as productivity service providers to customers and prospects.

What: A daily productivity news service including latest innovations, ideas, services, products and info that help users save time, money and space. The media would be a mix of video and text

Why: Currently dealer websites are seen as a combination of predictable brochure home page with a password protected order form.

By converting the webstore to a more benefit driven, more edu-taining experience, featuring latest productivity info in video/text formats, it will attract daily visits to view relevant/current topics and provide a user friendly ‘browse and buy’ process.

How: Partnering with US & UK wholesalers and software houses to provide the technology and power with relevant brand marketers to support the service

When: To test and trial with a select group of resellers in the US and UK from Q2’16

1. Dealer profile
Feature 15-30 sec video clips of dealer principal or sales chief demonstrating productivity services on offer. For example: produce 6 clips in one session on the following productivity menu:

The video production session would be tailored to each dealer from the above menu plus a 2 min max profile on its customer benefits strategy. we have scripts for dealers that will appeal to CFO’s of customers and prospects

2. Productivity tips

Daily productivity tips/video clips fed by ProVoXo team from the comprehensive library of current case studies and stories adapted to office life.

The information and videos to be streamed from software house providers. Webstore promotional pages Manufacturers have started to produce video clips for high-ticket items/ new products that need demonstration e.g. 3M, Newell Rubbermaid.

The plan is to edit these back to a max of 15-20 seconds and feature on home page; or splash product page; or ‘accessorize’ on checkout page.

The ProVoXo team will approach ‘productivity’ driven product vendors to produce videos (self produced or outsourced) under its guidance to suit the eyes of user choosers.

Financials
We propose an annual subscription service for participating dealers that includes profiles, productivity tips and video production.

Participating vendors will pay for production, direction and marketing fees.
